  • Yes, we have a 1 year warranty on every timepiece.

  • Yes, our showroom is located in Antwerp, Belgium by appointment only. Don't hesitate to contact us to help book an appointment.

  • All prices on the website are the total price no matter from where you order. All watches are preowned items which apply to differential taxation, which means that there is no VAT on the invoice declared and tax refund is not possible.

Shipping, Handling & Customs

  • Shipping is included in every price listed.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:


    Europe: 1–3 business days

    United States & Canada: 3–6 business days

    Asia, Middle East & Rest of the World: 3–6 business days

    These timeframes are estimates provided by FedEx and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs procedures, weather conditions, or local courier restrictions.

  • Yes, every watch is insured including in the total price.

  • VAT/GST rates may change. Please check official sources for the latest information. (Status: 2025-09-15, no legal guarantee)

    North America:

    • United States of America: ±15% on goods originally made in switzerland (Import tariff November 2025, applies to pre-owned and vintage watches also)
    • Canada: 5% GST
    • Mexico: 16% VAT​

    EU (VAT already included):

    • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

    Europe (Non-EU):

    • Monaco: No VAT/GST
    • Norway: 25% VAT
    • Switzerland: 8.1% VAT (as of Jan 2024)
    • United Kingdom: 20% VAT

    Asia-Pacific:

    • Australia: 10% GST
    • Hong Kong: No VAT/GST
    • India: 18% GST
    • Japan: 10% Consumption Tax
    • Singapore: 9% GST (as of Jan 2024)
    • Taiwan: 5% VAT

    Middle East:

    • Bahrain: 10% VAT​

  • If there’s any damage in transit, please report it immediately to Gallerysuez within 3 days including a detailed description of the issue.

Orders and Payments

  • Simply follow our streamlined checkout process in our shop with various payment options. For direct payment by wire bank transfer please contact us by email.

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for your convenience.

  • Yes, we are located in Belgium Antwerp so you can make an appointment and pay up to € 3 000 in cash.

Returns and Refunds

  • Yes, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. The 14-day period starts from the day you or an authorized recipient receives the item.

  • To initiate a return, please reach out to Gallerysuez with your order details and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with further instructions on how to complete the return.

  • You will receive your refund once we have received the returned item. The time it takes to process your refund depends on your original payment method:

    • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds can take up to 14 business days to show on your statement
    • Bank Transfers: This might take several business days due to bank processing times
