Shipping Method

All orders from Gallery Suez are shipped exclusively via FedEx Priority. This service allows us to provide fast, reliable, and fully traceable deliveries worldwide. FedEx Priority offers expedited transit times and professional handling, ensuring your watch arrives in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. During this time, each watch undergoes a final quality check and is carefully prepared for shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your FedEx tracking number.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during holidays, peak periods, or in the case of additional verification requirements.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:


Europe: 1–3 business days

United States & Canada: 3–6 business days

Asia, Middle East & Rest of the World: 3–6 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by FedEx and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs procedures, weather conditions, or local courier restrictions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country. All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value of the watch, at no additional cost to the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. Gallery Suez has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.

Packaging & Insurance

Every watch is securely packaged using protective materials to ensure maximum safety during transit. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage from the moment they leave our premises until delivery is confirmed.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the package has been marked as delivered by FedEx to the address provided at checkout, Gallery Suez cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement. We strongly recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the package or that delivery instructions are clearly provided.

Shipment

We care about your newly purchased watch as much as you do. Therefore, we do everything to make sure your watch reaches you in perfect working order wherever you are. Our packaging materials are amply-sized and we take special care to protect fragile objects. We make use of a trusted and insured delivery partner and generally ship your parcel the next business day after receiving your payment. Generally, delivery time within Europe is 2-3 business days and for the rest of the world 4-5 business days. The cost of shipping through this method is on us.

Payments

We offer various payment methods for your convenience. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if we have not received payment within five (5) business days.

Paypal

You will be redirected to the Paypal website and asked to login to your Paypal account and confirm the payment. After the payment is processed you are redirected to our website and you will receive an email from Paypal to confirm the payment. You will also receive an order confirmation by email from us. Afterwards, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping.

Credit card

You will be redirected to your credit card provider’s secured payment environment. After completing the payment you will be redirected to our website and you will receive an order confirmation by email from us. Afterwards, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping.

Bank wire

If you would like to pay by bank wire, please get in touch with us and we will send you an invoice with a reference number to be used with the payment. Once we have received the exact amount on the invoice on our bank account, a member of our team will get in touch with you to arrange for shipping. Please be aware that we only ship a watch after your bank wire has cleared.

Pay in store

You may also make an appointment to complete the payment in our boutique in Antwerp by credit card, debit card, or with cash. 

Returns & Exchanges

The right to return

You have the right to return your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product and there’s no need to tell us why. During this period you may do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate it. 

The return period will expire 14 days after the day you received the product.

Refund

Any products returned must be in their original condition. This includes any paperwork, user manuals, service papers and boxes. If the product is not in original condition, we may refuse the return or refund a lower amount. As long as the products are returned to us in the original condition, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible, but within thirty (30) days.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us in good order. We do not accept any liability for products that are lost or damaged before they reach us.

Service & Warranty

Service

All our timepieces have been carefully serviced and inspected by our personal watchmakers, guaranteed to be in fully original conditioning in perfect working order.

Warranty

All watches are delivered with a 1 year warranty that covers all mechanical defects, excluding crystals, pushers, bracelets and straps are not included by this warranty.
