Return Policy – Gallery Suez

At Gallery Suez, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images of every vintage timepiece we offer. Due to the unique and collectible nature of vintage watches, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if requested within 14 days of delivery and must be approved by Gallery Suez prior to shipment. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was received.

The following conditions apply:
The watch must be unworn and unaltered

All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included

No adjustments, repairs, or servicing may have been carried out

Any sign of wear, damage, or modification will render the return ineligible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, customized or specially sourced watches are non-returnable. Additionally, sale items or watches purchased under special conditions may be excluded from returns, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact Gallery Suez within the return period and provide their order number and reason for return. Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Insurance

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All return shipments must be sent using a fully insured and trackable shipping service. Gallery Suez cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection & Refunds

Upon receipt, all returned watches are carefully inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, Gallery Suez reserves the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

Condition Disclaimer

As all watches sold by Gallery Suez are vintage and pre-owned, minor signs of age and wear are considered normal and are not regarded as defects. These characteristics are part of the authenticity and charm of vintage timepieces.
