Ultra rare gents 18k rose gold vintage Cartier Universal Geneve Compax wristwatch with a beautiful cream-colored original patina dial with applied dot and Arabic numerals; baton hands; chronograph subdials. it has a 33mm case diameter. Manual-winding movement; Serial number: 183 545 calibre 283. Snap-on caseback. Acrylic crystal. Rectangular-shaped chronograph pushers. Black leather strap with 18k gold buckle. Coming from circa 1947.
