Vintage Omega Seamaster De Ville Automatic, Ref. 165.020 or similar, circa 1960s. Stainless steel case with iconic Omega seahorse medallion on the case back. Silver sunburst dial with applied baton hour markers and classic dauphine hands. Displays beautiful warm patina and honest age-related wear on the crystal. Automatic movement. Mounted on a dark blue leather strap. A true dress watch classic with tons of character.
Dial & Hands: The champagne silver sunburst dial has developed a warm, even patina that gives it serious vintage charm. Features applied steel baton hour markers with black inlays and the signature Omega logo at 12 o'clock. Printed "Omega Automatic" below and elegant "Seamaster De Ville” at 6. Slim dauphine hour and minute hands with a central sweep seconds hand. The acrylic crystal shows age-related scratches and crazing, adding to its authentic vintage appeal.
Case: Approximately 34mm stainless steel case with slim lugs and a polished bezel. The case back features the iconic Omega Seahorse medallion, confirming its Seamaster lineage. Shows light wear consistent with age.
Movement: Houses an automatic Omega caliber, likely the caliber 550 or 565 series, known for reliability and accuracy.
Strap: Currently fitted on a dark navy blue leather strap that complements the dial's warm tones.
